The Bureau of Engraving and Printing doesn't put counterstamps on banknotes so that city's name was added by someone with an office stamp or similar implement.
As such it's considered an altered bill so it's probably worth only face value to a banknote collector. The only exception might (emphasis "might") be if the bill is otherwise crisp and unfolded. In that case a buyer may be willing to downplay the damage somewhat.
However it's possible that the stamp was part of some promotional activity in Elkhart so it could be of interest to someone in that city. You might enquire at their Chamber of Commerce or library.
The coin is still worth a dollar, the counter-stamp adds nothing to the value.
Any silver dollar that has a letter or number added to the coin reduces it to the silver value only, about $12.00
Please look at your bill more closely; the date should be 1934. There's more information at the question "What is the value of a 1934 US 20 dollar bill with HAWAII on it?"
The U.S. Mint has never made a "Memorial" Kennedy half dollar. Many different society's have counter stamped & gold plated Kennedy half dollars an sold them as "Memorial" coins. The coins are considered altered and have no numismatic value.
Please look at the coin again. The Carson-City Mint did not issue any Morgan dollars for 1888.
20 lol

It's been altered after it was minted. No extra value.
Would need to know date and condition to estimate value.
$8 - $10 at a novelty shop. $2 - $3 on eBay.
The pipe and smoke rings was stamped onto the coin at some time after it left the mint. It has no collector value, but it may have a novelty value of about a dollar.
It's been altered after it left the Mint. Face value only.
It's worth exactly $2.
$100!

It means that somebody defaced the coin, and will reduce the coin's collector value. Dan
