Hmmmm, It's worth $10.00 if you take it back to the Casino that issued it. Otherwise if you find a collector of this type of token you would be offered any amount from a low of about $12.00 to a high of $20.00. Price could depend on the tokens condition and if it still in it's plastic case.
Most $10 casino tokens are brass around a .999 silver center. If that is what you have, the silver content is 0.5 - 0.6 troy oz. They are rarely worth much more than face value, even from casinos that no longer exist. You will see some being sold as all-silver, but that outer part is is not. Many retail for $14.99 to collectors.

It contains 0.6423 oz. of .999 fine silver.
It's worth ten dollars. Only the center is silver.
It's a casino chip, so unless you find someone that collects them, the values is only for the silver in it.

These are only worth $10 at the main cage in Don Laughlin's Casino. They are gaming tokens, not real money and as such, despite some people trying to create value that is not there, they are only good at Don's Casino. Sorry.
