The Confederacy ended in 1865, so there cannot be an 1868 bill. Possibly a promisory note payable in 1868.

Actually, the former confederate states continued to print money until they were re-admitted to the union which happened in 1868-1870.. so there are Confederate bills printed in 1868...the value is unknown to me.... but they were not worth very much in 1868... a bar of soap was about $300.00 confederate...

The mint facility in New Orleans became property of the Confederacy when Louisiana left the Union. Until that time the $20 gold coins minted there were United States coins. After the mint came under the control of the Confederacy, more $20 gold coins were minted but those too bore the name of the United States. No $20 gold coins were struck withe Confederate name on them. There is no way to identify those struck by the Confederacy from those struck by the Union. They have a value From $400 to $31,000 depending upon the condition of the coin.

It's unlikely to be genuine. Millions of replica bills have been sold at gift shops and handed out as promotional items. Any printed after 1973 should have COPY or REPLICA worked into the design in small letters, but older replicas don't have that wording and can be difficult to tell from the real thing.

The Related Link has a list of serial numbers used on replica bills.

What is a three dollar 1864 confederate bond worth?

If it's legit (meaning it's confederate) then you got some money comin. All real confederate money is rare. Rare enoungh to inflate their worth 3000% sometimes. Many imitation Confederate notes were made, and made to look old. Most will have 'Facsimile' in small print on the bottom (usually) of one side.
