None of the Bicentennial Eisenhower dollars minted for circulation contain silver and all have the dual date of 1776/1976 and are face value only.

Please check your coin again. President Eisenhower was on the $1 coin issued during the Bicentennial. JFK was (and is) on the half dollar.

Please check those dates again. You should find that your coin is dated 1776-1976. It was issued as part of the Bicentennial celebrations.
