Scrap metal dealers would give you $6,100-$6,800. It is 100 1,000 grain ingots; 208 troy oz. Silver is ~ $40/oz so thats $8,320 scrap metal, but its sterling silver at 92% silver. Also since they are ingots in a centennial collection set they are worth a more as a premium. Another thing is certificate of authenticity. So the Value would be end $8,000- $9,000. The Franklin Mint website has one for sale listed at $9,906 plus 50 shipping. As of 9/15/11
