Other famous landmarks are Lynch’s Castle which is a finely restored medieval townhouse that now serves as a branch of Allied Irish Bank and Galway Cathedral. The Cathedral is the largest church in Ireland and hosts many concerts and civic events. Galway is a favorite tourist destination.
