If you mean a genetic female living as a man, as i hope you do. Then the answer is Sir, or Mr.

If on the other hand you mean a genetic male living as a woman, as i hope you do not. Then the answer is Miss, Ms., Mrs., or Ma'am.

Heh...

seriously though, a genetic female living as a male is a FtM (female to male) transsexual, or sometimes a' trans-man'.

And a genetic male living as a female is a MtF (male to female) transsexual, or sometimes 'trans-woman'.

None of those terms should make it into everyday conversations when discussing the individuals. They should be referred to entirely in terms representing their chosen gender. Thus a trans-man is simply a man, and a trans-woman is simply a woman. How they were born is a secret they would usually like to take to their graves.

Sir. or Mr. A transgendered male is a person born with the equipment of a biological female, but whose gender (brain-sex) is different compared to their birth anatomy.
It is polite to address the person with the pronoun appropriate for the gender that is being presented. (Phew, what a stuffy way to say that.) This means if an obvious male is standing before you in a dress, stockings and high heels, you address that person as Miss or Ma'am. You take a coat from HER. SHE may be introduced to another friend - and so on.
