The letter Z has no meaning in Hebrew, since Hebrew uses a completely different alphabet.

The 7th letter of the Hebrew alphabet is Zayin (×–) which has the same sound as the English letter Z.

The Hebrew alphabet has no equivalent to the letter "w"

Foreign words with the 'w' sound are usually converted to 'v' in Hebrew. The Hebrew letter vav is used, and it may have been pronounced like a w in ancient times.

The Hebrew alphabet does not contain any sound that is similar to the English w, however, the letter vav (ו) was probably pronounced like a w in ancient times. Today it's pronounced like a v.

Foreign words with the w sound are sometimes written with a vav plus apostrophe (ו׳)

Yes and no.

There was no actual W since the Hebrew alphabet uses completely different letters. But scholars say that the letter Vav (ו) was once pronounced like a "w" sound. Other semitic languages still preserve this sound, such as Arabic and Syriac.

Some Jews from Arab speaking countries still pronounce the Vav as a "w", but most Jews pronounce the Vav as a V.

Modern Hebrew has this sound only in a few foreign words.
