CHECK THE IGNITION SWITCH,,, THEY HAVE A HABIT OF GOING BAD
I've replaced ignition switch, and starter solenoid, checked fuses, and battery, but I don't seem to be getting any electrical through to start the engine. I can jump everything and get the engine to turn over but not start.

== == check that you are getting power to the distributor. i am assuming you are talking about a earlier model vehicle Have you checked the ecm relay? maybe the pickup coil assy.
Have you checked the ignition switch on the column . I had to replace the one in my 1977 Trans Am.
Have the ignition module in distributor checked.... could solve your problem (it solved mine!!)
Have the fan motor checked to see if it's getting power. If not,then it will need to be replaced.
have you replaced and or tested both coils? are you getting no spark on the intake and the exaust sides?
Assuming it is getting fuel and you have no spark, replace the ignition module.
Have you checked the ignition switch to ensure that it is constantly on? Put a 12 volt light between the coil primary positive, and a suitable ground, and position the light where you can watch it while driving. It should never flicker or go out.
If you did not go to a Toyota dealer then the brake material may not be correct for ... Q: Since my front brake pads were replaced I'm now getting a pulsation in my brake ... You should have your brakes checked as a precaution
Check to see if you are getting spark (coil) and fuel
You may have a faulty ignition switch. The ignition switch feeds the fuel pump.
