Water and wind are two of the the one step for making rocks - transport. This is not the only process and only can form sedimentary rock.

Approximitly the rocks that are formed between wind eriosion is a case of (H=d-2) the air hits the rock creating back fire into the rocks centre meaning that 2=4hD is accuratly comprimised.
