Jeanne d'Arc [1] (born in Lorraine, France, January 6, 1412 - died in Rouen, Normandy, France, May 30, 1431 at age 19 years) [2], (in English: Joan of Arc) is a country hero France and saint (saint) in the Catholic religion. In France she was called La Pucelle, which means "the virgin" or "the virgin". He claimed to have an epiphany, which he believed came from God, and use it to evoke the spirit of the troops of Charles VII, to reclaim their former territory controlled by Britain and the Burgundians during the Hundred Years War.
