John Quincy Adams was the sixth president of USA and son of the 2nd US president John Adams. He modernized US economy and promoted education during his presidency. He also paid off much of national debt. However, Congress at his time was infested with his political rivals who missed no opportunity to damage him. However, his achievements are good enough to save him from being dubbed a failure.
