A good multi-vitamin will give your hair amazing texture and a glossy look. To make your hair grow faster you should massage your scalp for about 10 minutes at least once a day. Yeah, cut off the split ends, massage scalp, apply coconut oil (I recommend) 3x a week and sleep with it in overnight. Then when you wash it out in the morning, soak your hair with almost ice cold water and it'll strengthen the cuticles so your hair doesn't fall out when you brush it.

ANOTHER ANSWER FROM A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON:True... Though their is a hair product that helps pretty much everyone grow their hair extremely long, no matter who you are. I've been using this product called Mane N' Tale that works really well for long and fast growing hair.
