you'd need a completely enclosed biodome complete with dirt, plants, water, etc.. some people think we may find ice on the moon that could be used to produce drinking water and oxygen.. the biodome would need to be pressurized because we cannot survive without a certain amount of air pressure.. we'd live for about 30 seconds on the moon if our bodies were exposed to the vacuum of space.. and it'd be a very unpleasant 30 seconds..
