Comets.
The object is known as the load.
All measurements are made by merely comparing the object to be measured with a known object which is called the standard , or reference.
acoustics
The object that exerts gravity is an object with mass.
is an objects density the measure of the amount of matter in the object compared to known masses
it is made up of ice and dirt and is therefore also known as a "Dirty Snowball"
Ethics is considered a practical science because its object is not merely to present truths that they are to be known, but to present truths that are to be acted upon.
Forces which also gives off energy to an object are pushes and pulls.
What are comets made of? Gravity holds stars and planets together, but what holds the other (little stuff) together. Ionic bonds. And it turns out that are only 3 that seem to work: Water (ice), Silicon oxide rock, and ferromagnetic metals (iron, nickel, cobalt). Comets don't seem to have much metal, so "dirty snow-ball". In 1949, Fred Lawrence Whipple theorized that the nucleus of a comet is made of frozen water, rocky debris, and frozen gases. This was called the "icy comglomerate" theory and is now known as the "dirty snowball" theory. However, in 1999, the Stardust spacecraft was launched and in 2004 it retrieved tiny particles from the comet Wild-2's surface and came back two years later in a capsule, landing in Utah. Minerals that formed in the presence of liquid water were discovered, proving that, at some point, pockets of water had existed on the comet. This disproved the "dirty snowball" theory.
A balanced scale, which compares the mass of one object with that of a known quantity.
pop
comets are known to be dirty snowballs.
Cambrian Explosion
The term ballistics is the science of projectiles and firearms. Ballistics is also known as the effects of an object being fired, whether it is a bullet, gun, or cartridge.
They are known as rags.
as in science? Ohhh as _____ in science you mean.
For something to be considered a science it has to have some sort of study or observance to explain something that has gone without definition. An example of something that is not a science is the ancient Egyptians. They were known to use poppy seed as a painkiller but that was it. They saw that it had effects and therefore utilized those effects. This did not meet the requirements of a science because they did not seek to explain WHY it was happening or how. That is the key ingredient in any science, to explain WHY or HOW something is doing what it is.
