Organs on the left side of the body include (as the previous poster answered) the colon, the stomach, the spleen and left kidney. Also parts of the small intestines will be in the left part.
As to the question of which organs are on the lower leftside of the body specifically, the descending colon and sigmoid colon (both are parts of the colon) would be the correct answer.

∙ 12y agoIn the abdominal cavity upper quadrant is the spleen,Left kidney,stomach,most of the pancreas ,part of the colon and part of the small intestines the lower left quadrant is more of the colon,and more of the Small Intestines. For women the left ovary,and the left Fallopian tube.

Yet, I don't think the testicle and falopian tube are classified as organs... I don't think I missed any. You missed the pancreas :)
