and that will get you the mystery gift. Then wirelessly communicate with somebody else that has the mystery gift. After that I'm not sure, this is just stuff that I read. But here's a rough guess for the rest:
Go to the 2nd floor of any Pokemon center and talk to the man in the green hat above the stairs. Then the ticket will be in your key items pocket. Go to Vermillion to use it to get on the boat.
Again, I haven't been able to try this so I'm only 80% sure it works. But the questionaire answer DOES get you the mystery gift, I've done that.
I have tried that too but i havent queit got to the man yet.what i do know is that you both must stay on the mystic gift thing.my friend has done it.
