Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Place your almonds on a cookie sheet and place in the oven. When your almonds are looking nice and brown take them out and shake them around to kind of turn them over and place them back in the oven and bake for a few more minutes.
Put almonds on a clean baking tray and put under a pre heated grill remove it when it becomes golden brown and ready to mix with anything you plan on.
