my answer for how do ppl make their livelotsa spanish people work for the mennonites that live in colonies....

the mennonites are rich. they have big farms, lots and lotsa land that they plant on.... all kinds of stuff.... sunflowers... then they get spanish ppl to help them.. and that's the money they make...

Native Americans were the first to live in Paraguay. Settlers than came from Spain in 1500's an took over as Roman Catholic Missionaries. In 1811 they came independent. Mostly Spanish still live here now.

it may shock you but people here in Paraguay make money by working...

as there are plenty of foreign companies here(but no Starbucks)

people work full time in places like McDonalds, Burger Kings, Hooters and Adidas, students who need part time jobs are not welcome to work in any of this places.

Just 5 percent of the population gets to go to college and not even half of those people gets their degrees...
