There is an estimated 24% of Americans that have used VoIP as a means of communication at least once this last year. This however does not actually reflect the percentage that continue to use VoIP as a primary means of communications. It appears to be a mixed bag with the cell phone users as well. Land lines are declining though.

Yes you can use it but still you need to subscribe voip service from VoIP service provider.
