After searching for this on the internet, I found that it is Acetaminophen (generic name for Tylenol) 500 mg(extra strength). Once I found this out, I was able to go to the medicine cabinet and pull my Kroger brand 'Extra Strength Tylenol equivalent' and verify that those pills were the same oblong L484 pills as the one that I had found.
The unscored pill that has L484 on one side is a 500 mg caplet of acetaminophen; also known as Tylenol.
