The plant is likely Herb Robert which has clusters of small purple to pink flowers. The stems are usually red and covered with fine white hairs.
This is happily climbing in my garden but can overwhelm other trees shrubs & strangle other plants...no idea what it is !
I know! Its a doliferer! But shortened people call it the dolly flower!
