my favorite one has been getting a glass of water and spilling a little on the sleeping bag to the first person that has fallen asleepand then when they wake up tell him/her that he/she wet the sleeping bag. Another one is waiting until the frst person falls asleep and then simply taking eye liner and drawing mustashes on there face and then taking lip liner and putting zits on there face, its kind of cheesy but it always work and its still funny what people can come up with.

how about this one. the first person (girl) to fall asleep gets their bra frozen. just wet their bra (if they take it off) and stick it in the freezer.

My friend fell asleep first so we decided to prank him. we got a bottle of extra strength jamaican hot sauce and pour half the bottle on his tongue. Some one went to use the bathroom and my friend woke up spazzing about his mouth and ran to the bathroom. the guy in there was freaked that my friend ran in and pissed all over him.

Wait until the first person falls asleep, then take turns writing and drawing on that person with a permanent marker. Or, when he or she is asleep or laying down, pretend you're asleep but turn away, and make scary noises. when they look at you to ask you about it, pretend they had woken you up and claim to have not heard anything. Then, when they turn away, do it again. It'll scare them!
