Qualification is a MUST for handling any type of job. Qualification does not mean

educational aspect with specialisation in the relative subject.

The inherent qualities of a person reflects in his thought process. The person's exposure to the field he choose to work and understand the intricacies in the business process.

The customers' handling in a subtle way by providing the product knowledge,

advisory services about the product and highlighting the products range, satisfy the pricing, sales and service, etc.

The effective communication with clarity in the product carries good impact on customer's interest and the effective salesman ship resulted in making the customer's to go/convince for the product.

The personality, pleasing manners and clarity on the subject with good communication is sufficient to turn the LEADS to SALE FINALISATION. Customer satisfaction is the highest peak for any sales turnover.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is the resultant effect of Customer's CALL in any call form either a complaint or appreciation to be attended immediately with effective response with a word of praise in the positive in a convincing manner.
