normal blood count for healthy males is 14.5to18.5

normal blood count for healthy females is 13.5to17.


in hilly areas

normal blood count for healthy males is 15.5 to 19.5

normal blood count for healthy females is 14.5to18.5



in order to maintain normal hemoglobin levels you have to take all the b-complex vitamins(mainly folic acid and niacin),vitamin-c and foods rich in iron like beet roots and mutton or heme iron polypeptide (artificial form of iron),
