Your Aunt's niece may also be your sister, whether you are male or female.
Your Aunt's niece could also be your first cousin, if she is the daughter of a sibling of your aunt who is not your parent.
You Aunt also can have nieces who are not related to you. They are the daughters of her husband's siblings.

∙ 13y agoYour first cousin's aunt could be your mother or your aunt, if your cousin's aunt is on your side of the family tree. However, your first cousin could have aunts who are the sisters of her parent who is not the sibling of one of your parents. Then you are not related to the cousin's aunt.

Your great aunt is the aunt of one of your parents, which means she is the sister of one of your grandparents. Her nephew is the son of her sibling.
If she is related maternally (on your mother's side) then her nephew would have to be your mother's first cousin, aka your second cousin.
But, if she is related paternally (on your father's side) her nephew could either be your father, or your second cousin.
In addition, your great aunt may have nephews who are the children of siblings of her husband. Those nephews are not related to you.
