Well you not blood related as you dont have same ancestory on that side of family.
But you are realted by marriage as you are in same family circle and so she distant relation and therefour shes 2nd cousin in law as her father whould be you first cousin in law.
But if you ever refernce her you just say she,s my cousin.

On my mom's side it would be my mom as my mom only has 1 sibling my aunt but on my dad's side I do not recall even if his 2 brothers wives have sisters and my dads sister likes girls
