Lady Macbeth dies offstage, and the cause of death is never explicitly stated in Shakespeare's play "Macbeth." It is implied that she dies by suicide, as she is seen struggling with guilt, hallucinations, and mental deterioration following the heinous acts she and her husband committed.

According to the play she died from an unspecified illness. It could be suicide, probably aggravated by the depression and mental condition brought on by guilt from her actions. If so, she could have poisoned herself.

well, she commits suicide because she's suffering and is sleep-walking, meaning she's having a disturbed sleep; she's also revealing a lot and making people suspicious. She knows she will not be able to be cured unless she confesses and loses everything. In other words, she is having a guilty conscience.

She killed herself, probably, but the text is not explicit. The messenger to Macbeth says "The Queen, my lord, is dead." without further explanation. The idea that Lady M committed suicide comes from Malcolm, who says, "this fiend-like queen, who, 'tis thought, by self and violent hands took off her life." Now Malcolm is not exactly a fan of Lady M (the phrase "fiendlike queen" might be considered to be a bit of a giveaway) and is quite happy to spread any malicious gossip he might hear about her. And this is gossip--Malcolm says as much when he says "'tis thought".

Whether suicide or not, we have no clue in what way she met her doom. Some directors have chosen to make it explicit--Orson Welles had her fall (jump?) off a parapet.

Not even close. He says, "She should have died hereafter. There would have been a time for such a word." But he does not think of suicide, only of how his life has become meaningless ('tis a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.) Macbeth goes on fighting:. even after he knows that by the witches' prophecies will be fulfilled by MacDuff he still continues to fight him

Yes. She influences him, telling Macbeth he is not a man. Macbeth is easily manipulated therefore, kills Duncan by lady Macbeth
