Tell an adult, your parents, a teacher, a counselor. Do it together and believe me, thinking about telling someone is much worse than actually doing it, you will be so relieved when you have adult help. Tell some one. Because the longer you wait and don't tell any one and she has a baby. Then YOU will be in BIG BIG trouble. So I would tell someone about it.
