What would you like to do?
What should you wear on a black tie event?
WELL I THINK THAT EVERBODY HAS A DIFFRENT TASTE IN CLOTHING.BUT I HAVE 2 SAY THAT IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER TO ME BECAUSE I THINK THAT IT LOOKS GOOD WHICH EVER WAY U WEAR IT … ======= I would have to say yes, definitely. Dressing up for a man would be wearing a tie, and dressing up for a woman would be wearing hosiery. (if you look at things traditionally...)
It is generally a bad idea. Some invitations will decree "Black Tie Optional" or "Black Tie Preferred." At the former, tuxedos will probably be worn by the majority of …men, but a dark suit is acceptable. At the latter, a dark suit is narrowly acceptable if time or finances truly prevent a man from even renting a tuxedo. However, if an invitation simply says "Black Tie," it would be impolite not to wear a tuxedo.
Yes, you do not have to wear a derss or skirt so long as your outfit is formal.
An event that requires formal attire. A tuxedo or black suit and tie for men and formal or cocktail dress for women
black bow tie
A black tie. Assuming that the shoes will be black.
yes but make sure you put it with cute pointed heels and a pretty colorful blouse with some volume
No. While men wear tuxedos--well-dressed men wear a black bow tie--women have more latitude. However, black is a popular color for women's evening-wear, given its simplicity… and formality.
These dresses are very nice to wear to a blacktie event.Even a nice pantsuit or a nice blazer and slacks would be great! !!!!!!!!!
Either a formal gown or a cocktail dress.
you can but a bow tie would be much better
yes you have to
Yes, but only if you have a white, or lightly coloured collar or winged collar shirt. Never wear a bow tie which is the same colour as your shirt, only exception being if you …are dressed in White tie dress code, which is white bow tie on a white wing collar shirt with black tailcoat.
It's best not to, to be honest. If you're straight, it could make people thing you're a lesbian, or it could just make you look butch. For a wedding, it best to wear a dress, …but not in black.
Black is neutral and you can wear any color with it.
Absolutely, as long as the event is not a wedding. When an invitation reads "black tie" it means the event is formal. A lady may wear any color she chooses to such e…vents. The exception to this rule is a wedding. Many people consider it inappropriate for a lady other than the bride to wear white. You don't want to compete with the bride!
The types of dress clothing that are appropriate for a black tie event are usually a black tux for men with vest and or cumberbun and for a women a floor length gown that is s…omewhat fancy.
