You can put 2 6x9 speakers in the doors (one in each), a 4X10 or 4x8 in the dash under the slotted vent, and if your truck has the correct brackets in the B-pillar (behind the door striker) or you pull some from a scrapyard, a 4x10 in each of those. Good luck with the Ram

Replacing a rear differential seal is easy. All you have to do is unbolt the shaft and take out the old seal.
Yes. You need a transmission and new front axel. I would just find one with 4x4.

You are going to need 5 1/4 (5.25") for the front doors and the tailgate. These jeeps only have the 4 speakers.
