Best Answer

Test taking skills such as being calm, focusing on the task are important. Biologic things such as having a good meal the night before, a full night's sleep, being awake two hours before the test and a light meal including fruit juice really can help you make the most of the opportunity. As far as studying, the best thing is to have studied along the way. I used to create a main idea worksheet a few days before the test and study that the night before. If there were items to memorize, I would look them over every night before bed.
