In every state that I am aware, when you apply for a DL, the application will ask you to indicate whether your license is suspended in another state. Answering yes is usually grounds for denial of a license in your new state. * No. All state DMV's share information concerning suspensions, revocations, denials, serious violations (DWI, DUI, etc.) through the National Driver Registry, the Problem Driver Pointer and the Commercial Driver License Information System.

∙ 11y agoNo you cannot. Suspensions are reported to the NCIC and then to all the states. If your license is suspended by your home state you cannot then go to another state and obtain a license.

∙ 7y agoYou will be prohibited from renewing and or having reissued, a drivers license, when your status is deemed suspended in any state in the United States. One question you will be asked at issuance is "Are your currently under suspension or revocation in any state?". If you answer untruthfully, you could be subject to prosecution for perjury.
