Mexicans of Indian and Spanish heritage, mixed rhythms that have a strange circus like sound, but it is called banda and cumbia . Dominicans do music like Bachata, which also has Spanish and black influence. A new trend in music is reggaeton, which is like rap and reggae mixed. This has become extremely popular. They also have other genre of music like we do, but in Spanish. Such varying types of music consists of cultural and racial influences.
