The Parthenon (the really big one) the Erechtheion, and the temple of Athena Nike (which is really rather cute and little). There is also the Propylaea (the entrance way) which isn't a temple but it is an impressive building none the less.

The acropolis (= high city) was the fort and refuge in a city. As the city grew up around it, it housed temples which were also used as treasuries.
The Parthenon was made from white marble, just like most other Greek temples on the Acropolis.
