Depending on what you mean, since that question in quite vague, I'll do my best to answer.
Trading of all shares ends when the Stock Market closes (in America the NYSE: New York Stock Exchange) at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Depending on your location in the world 4:00 PM in New York, might be 3:00 AM for you. Eastern Time is -5 GMT, so calculate the rest.
The only other interpretation of your question could be when would a share "die". To my knowledge, a share ends when it starts trading at $0. Though there was a glitch during a crash a few months ago, where a stock traded at $0, but didn't "die". Stocks normally trade at $0 when the companies declare bankruptcy or is about to die.
Hope that helps.

A closed end mutual fund is a mutual fund where the sponsor does not buy or sell additional shares after the original underwriting. The fund shares trade on exchanges like stocks and the price of the closed end fund moves based on demand and supply. Thus, one needs to find a stock broker to which the closed end fund shares can be transferred and then sold.
It is the best time to sell stocks and shares when the price for them is at a high. It wouldn't be good to sell them when the market is crazy and prices are low.
