Coming from the perspective of the girl that likes you as a friend, I would say ask her on a date. A date is a good way for her to see what it would be like to be romantic with you. If she says no, then dont give up you can never say never always be perserverince which means never give up is she doesn't like you act nice around her and get a little flirty and then if she sees a love pattern ask her out
