The starter motor requires a great deal more of electrical current than do ordinary light bulbs. The lights working is not always an accurate measure of the battery condition.
try checking the alternator try charging the battery with a car battery charger or getting a jump from a friend's car to get it to turn over

If emergency brake is on 1 click it turns daytime running lights off. Pull out on emergency brake handle and see if this fixes the problem.
Check the battery. Seems odd but give it a jump and it should start.
