typically, cereal is eaten with milk. Fill a bowl as full as you would like with cereal, and then add about 1-2 cups of milk, whatever you prefer. Use soy milk if you are lactose intolerant. On top, add small or sliced fruit. you can use raisins, bananas, peaches, strawberries or whatever else you want. some people even add Chocolate Chips! On the side if you are hungry, toast with jam or cream cheese is delicious. cottage cheese is also very good for you. Any type of fruit, like Oranges or apples, is very healthy too. Avoid eating very sugary products in the morning (like donuts)(sorry!) because although they may make you feel full for a while, they don't give your body the proper nutrition it needs to start the day. Plus, they are very fattening and will make you feel bloated, thirsty and tired.
