depends on how its raised; if its mean or shows aggression to others, you should wait for the second time its in heat if its a good dog; you can breed it the first time its in heat, but I would wait for the fourth day its in heat to have good healthy pups

First thing is that dog try to jump or complety jumps the fence to get to the female. Stray dogs comes to your home. If you have a pair, they will be eager to face each other. Female dogs have gotten pregant by a dog with a fence in betwen them.

Bad things. Very bad things. Birth defects, bad temperment, and wasted lives. I cannot see why anyone would consider that once they know that the value of pit bulls is about 0, now. People were trying to make money, from making pit bull puppies, rather than getting jobs, and overpopulated them. That would depend on whether you want to dog to get pregnant or not. If you do, then you have to find a suitable male for her to mate with. Otherwise you have to make sure she is safely locked away so that a male cannot get to her. Male dogs will be able to smell a female in heat so you have to be vigilant to make sure there is no unwanted pregnancy. It is also not advisable to take any female dog in heat to a park where there are lots of dogs as this can easily lead to fighting between males when they smell a female dog in heat.
