Snape punished Harry was countless number of things from taking two points from him in the first ever potions lesson for being cheeky and for not making sure Neville followed the instructions correctly, resulting in him melting his potion, to him being out of bed. He also tried to punish him for stealing but failed as there was not proof (well there wouldn't be seeing as Harry didn't actually do it).

Snape held a lot of resentment for Harry's father, James, because James and Severus strongly disliked each other when they were in school together. Harry reminds Snape of James, physically at attitude-wise (although not entirely fairly) and so Snape projects his anger onto Harry.

I think you mean "unfairly". Professor Snapes was not very fair in general (he tended to prefer students from his own house); also, he had a grudge against Harry Potter's father, and Harry Potter looked very much like his father.

Potions from his first year until fifth where he also tried to teach him Occlumency. In his sixth year he taught him Defence Against The Dark Arts.

You need to specify which professor... But I assume you mean Snape, so the reason is that he was in love with Harry's mother and hated his father, so feels resentful towards Harry for this.
