∙ 9y ago2006 saw many important world events taking place. However, sentencing of Saddam Hussein, former Iraqi dictator to death and subsequent execution was perhaps a land mar event. A mobile phone video of the execution was also made by one of the executioners and later leaked which showed Saddam's last moments.
