Depending on your definition of the genre "Fantasy," the main winner of Oscars{R} would have to be _Lord of the Rings - Return of the King_. The two previous parts of this trilogy were nominated for Best Picture, but did not win.

Ditto for _Wizard of Oz_ and _A Midsummer's Night Dream_.

Films that SOME would consider fantasy that were nominated include _Field of Dreams_, as well as both versions of _Heaven Can Wait_.
