The First Fleet made its first stop at Tenerife, in the Canary Islands.
Port Arthur is man-made. Port Arthur refers to the remains of an old convict gaol and the settlement nearby.
It was the first settlement that made it.
Lieutenant-Governor David Collins founded the first settlement at Port Phillip Bay in 1803. He was directed by the British Government to establish a convict settlement on Australia's southern coast. This settlement did not succeed due to the lack of fresh water, suitable local timber and the fact that the treacherous entrance to Port Phillip Bay made the site unusable as a whaling base.Collins had heard that there was better land and timber in Van Diemen's Land, so he abandoned the Port Phillip Bay colony and moved most of the settlement across Bass Strait, and established Hobart on the Derwent River early in 1804.

The boomerang is an icon of Australia. There are both returning and non-returning boomerangs. Indigenous people of California, Arizona and southern India also had a version of the stick. The Australian version was first observed in 1804 near Port Jackson, Australia during a skirmish. The word originated with the Turuwal people who lived in the region of Port Jackson.

What was the first port movie made
Yes. Every single ship of the First Fleet made it safely to Port Jackson. Most of the cargo was also intact, and there were far fewer convict deaths than there were on successive journeys. Most of the ships returned to England, though not all made it back safely. During the return voyage of the Friendship to England, the crew was affected by scurvy. There were not enough crew to man the ship, so it was scuttled in the straights of Macassar, and the survivors transferred to the Alexander. The H.M.S. Sirius, also did not last long. It stayed in Port Jackson as a supply ship, but was wrecked off Norfolk Island on 14 April 1790.
