The first spacecraft to land on another planet was the Russian craft Venera 3, which crash-landed on Venus on November 16th, 1965. See link below for further information on the Timeline of Solar Exploration.
To my best knowledge, Mercury is one of the planets we do not know very much about. There is no plans to my knowledge about landing on this planet.

In the distant future this may change, but as of today the technology in order to travel there is not readily available and the environment due to the proximity of the sun is very harsh.

As of to this day, the Mariner 10 successfully flew by the closest planet to the Sun on three different occasions: March 29, 1974, September 21, 1974 and March 16, 1975. Mariner 10 took a total of 3,500 images of a little less than half of the surface of the planet.
Two more missions are planned in order to get more information about this planet.
The "Messenger", is planned for orbit insertion on March 6, 2011.
It has already visited the planet twice, but the speed is so great that it takes time in order to slow it down enough for a stable orbit of Mercury.
The BepiColombo project is planned for launch in 2013 and involves two orbiters. They are scheduled for orbit in 2019.
Mariner 10 and Messenger have visited Mercury.
No spacecraft launched from Earth has ever landed on Mercury.
As of June 2014, no spacecraft's have landed on Mercury. Mercury is the least explored planet of the inner planets, which includes Venus and Mars.
There has not been any man/woman missions due to the heat and other conditions.
Space probes landed on June 14, 2004 three probes went to mercury, two that would orbit and one that would land to map the topography and study the origins of the closest planet to the sun,
Mariner 10, in March 1974.

Mariner 10 and Messenger have visited Mercury. BepiColombo by the ESA is planned to be launched in 2013. Mariner 10 provider the first close up photos of the planet. Messenger is "filling" in the gaps not accomplished by Mariner.
Pluto will be visited by the spacecraft New Horizon in 2015
Voyager 2 is the only spacecraft to have currently visited both.

Yes, but they have not landed.

The Mariner Ten and the Messenger

All spacecraft (from Earth) that have visited Mercury have been robotic. There were no human passengers. The chances are near zero that a stowaway microbe would have survived the long journey.
No spacecraft has visited all the planets.

A spacecraft visited in 2011, not 2012. There is currently one spacecraft in orbit around Mercury. NASA's MErcury Surface, Space ENvironment, GEochemistry and Ranging (MESSENGER) probe. It was launched on August 3, 2004 and entered orbit on March 18, 2011. NASA has announced that it will extend the mission longer in the harsh environments of Mercury. For more information check the MESSENGER wikipedia article.
