She leaves Queenstown bound for New York at 14:00 carrying 1316 passengers and 891 crew.
On April 15th at around 02:20 she founders after having struck an iceberg at 23:40 on the night of the April 14th.

Titanic was traveling near top-speed on the night of the collision because that was ordinary protocol at the time and she had a scheduled arrival time in New York. There was also a false sense of confidence because the ship steered in a more southerly direction after several iceberg warnings, and there were lookouts posted.
