Their was hundreds of concentration camps and Jews wasn't sent to them from just Poland and Germany, slovakia, Hungary, french and Austrian Jews was sent to them
but i give you a example
from Berlin to Auschwitz consecration camp is 490km - prime example
longest train ride during the Holocaust was from France natzweiker to Latvia kieserwald is 1119 miles
but the people sent by trains do not all arrive in same destonation, some Jews and other sub humans are sent to other concentration camps along the way.
so time and speed varies on route, some could take several hours but some take a day or 2
That varied a lot. The Jews deported from Greece to Auschwitz had a five-day (!) journey: the trains travelled slowly.
it depends upon where the train started from and where its destination was. As one example, from Westerbork (North Holland) to Auschwitz (eastern Poland) was three and a half days.
Concentration camps were very common during and before the Holocaust.

the main role of the SS during the Holocaust was to run the concentration camps.
During the Holocaust, Dachau was a Concentration Camp.
These were the trains that transported prisoners to the concentration camps in Europe during WW2. they were severely overcrowded freight cars and many died as a result of the trip to the camps in them. It is hard to believe that after the documentation available on these conditions people are still being treated this way today.
