Currently the richest banker is located in Shaker Heights, Ohio. According to Forbes he is ranked 36 on the Forbes 400. His name is Al Lerner.
The Rothschild family are said to be worth over six hundred billion, They have also been connected to the federal reserve, unfortunately this is mostly conspiracy. They are infact one of the richest European Families that date back to the 1700's.
And of course there are John D. Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie, Zero to Hero blokes, both have weak connections to banks, but are not bankers.
But of what I could find directly connected with your question is the Morgan Family. They have ties with Chase Bank, bank of America, and were more important than the Federal reserve in the 1890's.
