∙ 9y agoThe Viet Cong, were the Vietnamese soldiers who were fighting to help the Communist faction of the country during the Vietnam War. They operated largely through guerilla warfare, using the cover of night and dense jungle to make fighting them almost impossible. They also practiced extreme methods of torture when they captured an enemy solider, and used women and children with bombs attached to them to kill unsuspecting people.
