Living their daily lives; breakfast, lunch, dinner, work, etc. Except for watching TV; televisions didn't exist back then.
Most US citizens NEVER heard of Pearl Harbor until it was attacked.
Their have been many conversations I have heard/seen in books/documentaries that implied President Roosevelt knew that the Japanese were preparing to attack. The only one concession is that they also imply that it was not clear WHERE the attack would take place.
When did U.S. break Japanese code. I heard it was before the attack on Pearl Harbor. If this is so why was the attack a surprise.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt was trying to negotiate with the Japanese officials at the time of the bombing on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Japanese Military was supposed to wait until they heard from the Japanese negotiators to see if their problem over the oil embargo had been resolved. They attacked an hour early and did not receive the orders to attack or a message from the negotiators.
I heard it was in New Zealand. I could be wrong, but apparently I work at the second (or first, according to a few different sites) harbor in the world which is Ma'alaea Harbor on Maui, Hawaii. It is definitely windy constantly so I wouldn't doubt it.

I'm sure there are. For example, some of my relatives who lived across Oahu on the side opposite of Pearl City (where Pearl Harbor used to stand) heard the echos of the attack on that day.
I heard Cher had a heart attack. Is this true?
The Japanese feared American would join The Allies in WWII (world war 2), so they wanted to attack us before we attacked them. At that time, the U.S.A only had a few Aircraft Carriers (it was between 3 and 5) and they were all located at pearl harbor. The Japanese generals believed that if they could destroy those aircraft carriers (which are ships that can carry hundreds of jets, planes, bombs, and fire power) they could cripple America enough so that they could not interfere with their plans. Luckily (or by some unknown act of heroism), those aircraft carriers were not in pearl harbor when it was attacked. They were out doing some practice drills. They were informed of that attack though, and were told to stay away from pearl harbor (well, they were told to travel away, because there was the possibility of the Japanese airfleet coming that direction). i also heard that 1 or 2 of the carriers were still in the harbor and were destroyed.
Immediately he was told. The attack happened on a Sunday morning about 8 AM, and the president was informed immediately by phone. My mother heard it on the radio that morning and my grandfather was reading the Sunday paper when she told him about the attack. He told her it was impossible. On 9-11 we watched it on TV.

I heard it might be back in 2010.
I never heard of such a thing. A heart attack is when at least one artery on the heart is completely clogged. Many people may have a Quadruple Bypass after a heart attack, meaning a 4 artery bypass. Or I guess aperson could have a heart attack with 4 arteries are all completely clogged at once. But I never heard of a "Level Four" term.

The U.S was allies with Japan. Then the Japanese people turned on the U.S, so the U.S stopped supplying Japan with weapon's. This angered the Japanese people, so they decided to bomb Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This is what brought America into World War 2.
